1. Two offers cannot be taken together.
2. Lessons start and finish at the same location. For new or beginner learners the instructor may need to drive
   the pupil to a quiet location. This journey time is part of the lesson.
3. ADS accept no liability for personal property left in a vehicle.
4. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson or you will be charged a cancellation fee. (This is the cost of
   your lesson).
5. ADS instructors reserve the right to refuse the car for practical test use to any student not test standard.
6. Advance payments are non-refundable and you must take your lessons within 12 months.
7. ADS cannot take responsibility for money paid to the driving instructor.
8. Prices & offers may change without any prior notice. ADS reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offers
   or prices at anytime.
9. All our vehicles are regularly checked and road worthy. We cannot take responsibility for vehicle failure that
   may occur during or on the day of your test.
10. Priority is give to driving tests. Therefore it may be necessary to cancel your lesson at short notice.
11. Your instructor reserves the right to postpone or cancel your lesson under certain circumstances (for example
    mechanical, traffic, accident & weather conditions. etc). Your lesson may be cancel at short notice & will be
    reschedule as soon as possible.
12. Your instructor will try his/her upmost best to ensure that your lessons start and finish on time.
13. ADS is not responsible for test canceled by DVSA. Therefore the lessons & use of car fee for the booked
    period will be charged. Your instructor will advise you how to claim compensation from the DVSA.
14. All pupils must hold a current, valid UK provisional or full driving license for category B if they wish to take
    lessons which must be produced on their first lesson. The learner must also check that they can read a car
    number plate at a distance of 20.5 meters (about 5 car lengths) with glasses if normally worn.
15. If the instructor thinks the student is unfit to drive, then the instructor will cancel the lesson. Pupil will be
    charged for the lesson booked. This may be for a number of reason example drink, drug, mental health well-
    being, etc.
16. If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints with regards to your instructor or driving school please
    call or email.
17. ADS reserve the right to ask pupils to take an alcohol/drug test.
18. ADS adheres to the driving law & all pupils must follow while driving our vehicles.
19. Mobile phone must be switch off whilst the driving lesson is been conducted.
20. ADS instructors do not take any responsibility for anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You
    are responsible for your own action.
